It is our pleasure to welcome you to the Fellowship Program of the Section of Adult and Pediatric Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the University of Chicago. Our adult Endocrinology fellowship offers an outstanding training opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in academic endocrinology. The major advantages of our program include superb clinical training, in-depth research experience tailored to the interest and aspirations of each individual fellow, outstanding faculty with long track record of major scientific discovery, options for collaborations with other faculty in basic and clinical sciences, and state-of-the-art facilities for conducting both basic and clinical research. University of Chicago campus is only 20 minutes away from downtown Chicago yet offers convenience and ease of living of a college campus. The University of Chicago is dedicated to caring for the underserved community on the south side of Chicago through urban health initiatives and research in health disparities. Many of our graduates have gone on to become faulty members at the University of Chicago or at major academic institutions.
