Manreet Kanwar, MD

Dr. Kanwar is a Professor of Medicine at University of Chicago and Director of the Heart Failure and Pulmonary Hypertension program. She is the Associate Editor for the Journal of Heart and Lung Transplantation and has previously served on the Board of Directors for the International Society of Heart and Lung Transplantation. With over 150 peer reviewed publications, her area of research focus includes outcomes research in pulmonary hypertension, cardiogenic shock, temporary and durable mechanical circulatory support.
