Dr. Shah conducts translational research using a porcine model of ischemic cardiac arrest and leads additional studies focused on therapies for the treatment of cardiac arrest. He is also involved in multiple clinical trials evaluating devices and therapies for the treatment of coronary and peripheral arterial disease. In addition, Dr. Shah conducts investigator-initiated studies exploring novel therapies for structural heart disease.
