Learning objectives: To differentiate disparities in diabetes control from small, putative genetic differences in hemoglobin A1C (A1C).
To demonstrate how the control of hemoglobin A1C (A1C), blood pressure (BP), and lipids have changed over time in adults with diabetes in the US overall and by race/ethnicity.
