How to Apply

We participate in the NRMP Geriatric Medicine Match. Applications for the fellowship program should be submitted through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service). Please visit the ERAS website for more information.

After we receive your completed application through ERAS, including three recently written letters of recommendation (one being from your program director), transcripts, a personal statement and other supporting documents, your file will be reviewed. The Director will only contact considered applicants for interviews. Applicants must be eligible for certification in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine or in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. Applicants must be licensed by the State of Illinois at the time they begin their fellowship.
