ACGME Fellowship Program - How to Apply
We are accepting applications for the academic year beginning July 1, 2013 and ending June 30, 2014 for one or two slots. An application for our fellowship program may be obtained by e-mail or can be downloaded from here: Fellowship Application (Word) or Fellowship Application (PDF). Your application will be considered complete when the following documentation is received:
- Dermatopathology application
- CV
- Personal statement that delineates your career plans and gives us a brief biography
- Three letters of recommendation (addressed to Dr. Christopher Shea, Program Director)
- Copies of USMLE results
- A copy of your ECFMG certificate if you are a foreign medical graduate
After your completed application has been reviewed, the committee will notify you as to whether you have been granted an interview. Applications will be reviewed during January 2012. Interviews will be conducted sometime in February 2012.
